You’re right that SEO Analyzer can be a little basic, but I think it’s meant to be more of an overview – not a detailed analysis. What you’re probably looking for is the new SEO Report tool they’ve got on their site now. The price is a little steep, but worth it since it gives you a 10 page PDF about your site. I ran a couple reports for the websites my company manages and our clients have been pleased.

Marios – This post was more of a statement about usability than a promotion of an SEO tool.

Gave the tool a try on a couple of sites. None scored 100%. Was kind of disappointed with the output though. Seemed too basic to be of any use to anyone that would care enough to run such a tool.

I do believe that SEO has links with usability, accessibility and information architecture. It is not only a techie thing anymore. It is SEO 2.0

This tool is nice, but there should be some stopwords used for the Top Keywords, as there are a lot of “le” “la” (“the” in french).
